Test subjects/patients are selected and accepted into study. Vitals taken and subject/patient stable.
Measuring from top right and left of eye brown 5 inches, mark a 3x3 square in hari line to put solution into subjects scalp. Use an aspetic technique to clean area and using a sterile technique to draw up solution. Get Corecyte 2 ml out of cryofreezer and thaw 3-5 mins. Obtain 3 or 5 ml syringe using a 18 gauge needle draw up Corecyte. Change needle out to 22-25 gauge needle. In the 3x3 suqare starting at right to left, put needle into subq of dermis on scalp. Injecting .10 cc of solution into space then spacing next injection about 2.5 cm apart from first injection. Keeping it into a row and keeping it in 3x3 square. After finishing with injection use a sterile 2x2 gauze to whipe away and clean area.
